Residential Projects

Below, you can scroll through and view plans for various residential projects for which Outback Engineering has performed design and permitting. The table below contains a brief description of the projects shown.



Project Town Description
Woodland Ridge Subdivision Lakeville 33-lot subdivision with well water and on-site septic system on 123 acres, construction in progress.
Cherry Hill II Plymouth Addition to elderly housing complex and Administration Building for Plymouth Bay Housing Corp. and Plymouth Housing Authority, construction completed, Summer 2010.
Fox Run Farm Medway 12-unit subdivision with town water and sewer on 3.2 acre site, under MGL Ch. 40B, with Comprehensive Permit issued in 2005.
The Gables Abington 220-unit condominium with town water and sewer on 41 acres. Permitted under town’s zoning by-law. Construction commenced in 2002, and is now completed.
Merry Village Duxbury 20-unit condominium with town water and common septic system, permitted under MGL Ch. 40B for affordable housing. 5.1 acre site. Construction completed.
Nadia Estates Foxborough 36-unit condominium with town water and common septic system, permitted under MGL Ch. 40B for affordable housing. 19 acre site. Comprehensive Permit issued in 2010.
The Bay Club Mattapoisett Since 2005, surveying and planning a new subdivision area proposed to expand the Bay Club, a private golf club. Since 2007, preparing site plans and Notices of Intent, and performing construction oversight/surveying for 3 new villages and roads, for a second developer. Total project area exceeds 500 acres.



Commercial/Industrial Projects

Project Town Description
Compass Medical South Middleborough Site plan for the construction of a 36,000 s.f. medical facility, site design and permitting completed in 2010, construction in progress.
Constitution Drive Raynham Site plan for the construction of a 30,000 s.f. industrial facility on 9.8 acres. Construction completed 2007.
Container Recycling Alliance Lakeville 11-acre site plan for Waste Management’s regional beverage-container, recycling facility, permits obtained in 2003 and construction completed in 2006.
Lakeville Self Storage Lakeville Site Plan for the construction of 26,000 s.f. of self-stoarge facility located on a 4.25 acre site. Construction completed 2009.
UTZ Warehouse Raynham 15,200 s.f. office/warehouse facility for UTZ potato chips, Design and permitting still ongoing.

Title V Septic System Design

Outback Engineering has designed and permitted hundreds of Title V septic systems throughout Massachusetts for every application from single family septic repairs to innovative/alternative technology systems as well as high flow multi-family shared and commercial designs.
