RESIDENTIAL

Woodland Ridge Subdivision - Lakeville - 33-lot subdivision with well water and on-site septic systems on 123 acres. Construction completed c. 2015.

 

Cherry Hill II Apartments - Plymouth - Civil engineering provided for an addition to the elderly housing complex and Administration Building for Plymouth Bay Housing Corp. and Plymouth Housing Authority. Construction completed Summer 2010.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fox Run Farm - Medway - 12-unit subdivision with town water and sewer on 3.2 acre site, under MGL Ch. 40B, with Comprehensive Permit issued in 2005. Construction completed c. 2014.

 

The Gables Condominium - Abington - Civil Engineers for 220-unit condominium with town water and sewer on 41 acres. Permitted under town’s zoning by-law. Construction commenced in 2002, and completed c. 2011.

 

Merry Village Condominium - Duxbury - 20-unit condominium with town water and common septic system, permitted under MGL Ch. 40B for affordable housing. 5.1 acre site. Construction completed.

 

Nadia Estates Condominium - Foxborough - 36-unit condominium with town water and common septic system, permitted under MGL Ch. 40B for affordable housing. 19 acre site. Comprehensive Permit issued in 2010, construction in progress.

 

Residential Lot (Dock) - Plymouth - Site Plan, 3D rendering, Chapter 91 License Small Dock. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Bay Club - Mattapoisett - Since 2005, surveying and planning a new subdivision area proposed to expand the Bay Club, a private golf club. Since 2007, preparing site plans and Notices of Intent, and performing construction oversight/surveying for 3 new villages and roads, for a second developer. Total project area exceeds 500 acres.

Compass Medical South - Middleborough - Site plan for the construction of a 36,000 s.f. medical facility, site design and permitting completed in 2010, construction completed c. 2012. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Container Recycling Alliance - Lakeville - 1-acre site plan for Waste Management’s regional beverage-container, recycling facility, permits obtained in 2003 and construction completed in 2006.

 

Lakeville Self Storage - Lakeville - Site Plan for the construction of 40,000 s.f. of self-storage facility located on a 5 acre site. Phase 1 Construction completed 2009. 2nd Phase designed and under construction c. 2017-2018.

295 Constitution Drive - Taunton - Site plan for the construction of a 30,000 s.f. industrial facility on 9.8 acres. Construction completed 2007.
